"We had our annual family autumn holiday & chose this house! It was perfect for the location, our very competitive games night & visiting the lights in Blackpool. Great location - everything accessible by walking. There are also great transport links by bus or train. The promenade is at the other of the of the street. We were given recommendations for local restaurants - which were spot-on. The house is really well maintained, warm, clean, welcoming and a bit quirky in places. It was perfect! Thank-you for a great stay!”

“Lovely home in a great location. Victoria is a fantastic host - very responsive to questions. We really appreciated the extra little touches - a hamper of treats for us and even a bowl of biscuits for our little dog. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lytham is a great place - lots of restaurants and shops and a lovely promenade to walk by the sea. Would definitely visit again”
